Among the woods and vines in the Chianti hills are hidden priceless treasures; the earth’s bounty changes with every season.
In summer you can follow Luigi in search of the famous black truffle, while in the fall he’ll forage for the legendary white truffle.
Then, no matter what the season and what the hunt, at the end of your pursuits , the brothers Simone and Luca will welcome you all back home with a truffle based tuscan lunch.

After lunch, 30 minutes drive to reach the fascinating town of San Gimignano, one of the most characteristic of Tuscany Hill-Towns with its many austere medieval towers that defiantly survived the centuries and are still standing today.
It has recently been recognized as a UNESCO world heritage site as a testimony of medieval architecture.

Here you can walk along the ancient route of the Via Francigena, the main route to Rome for travelers and pilgrims of all Europe.
Today again the bustling San Gimignano flourishes with artisanal boutiques of the local trades and stores selling the towns ‘red gold’, the saffron spice and the centuries old Vernaccia white wine.
