LEARN HOW TO PREPARE PIZZA WITH ANCIENT GRAIN FLOURS
Do you like pizza? During the lesson you will learn how to prepare it at home.
Just at the back of Podere Il Casale kitchen, is located the wood-burning oven, where aspiring pizza makers will learn how to make a tasty pizza.
The lesson starts from the selection of the ingredients and develops with the techniques of dough and leavening, up to the final result.
At the end you will taste the fruit of your work in combination with other exquisite dishes.
Of course, these class includes a guided tour of the farm.
The ingredients used during the cooking class will naturally be produced by the farm.
After lunch, a short drive to reach the fascinating town of Montepulciano.
Time to explore the village on your own.
Drive back to your accommodation.
