I studied Modern Languages in Siena and, after working in my family’s pottery business near Radda in Chianti, I eventually followed my curiosity into the world of wine.

That is where my real adventure began.

I worked in several Tuscan wineries, starting at the small and beautiful Capannelle and later joining Barone Ricasoli at Brolio Castle.

I started from the bottom — bottling and labelling wine by hand — and gradually learned every part of the world I had become so fascinated by.
At Brolio, I was given the opportunity to welcome visitors, guide them through the cellars, explain the winemaking process and organise wine, grappa and olive oil tastings.

It was there that I discovered how much I enjoyed sharing Tuscany with people who were seeing it for the first time.

And I never really stopped.

After my experience at Brolio and several years of learning, working and travelling, I decided to create something of my own.

Wine Tour Adventure was officially established in 2008, with a simple idea at its heart: to share Tuscany the way I would share it with a friend.

Since then, the business has grown, but that idea has never changed.

Today, I create private and small-group experiences for travellers who want to discover Tuscany beyond the obvious — through wine, food, landscapes, history and the people who make this region what it is.

Every experience is different because every traveller is different.
And that is exactly how I like it.

After a lifetime of travelling with family, friends and on my own, I realised something simple:
The best way to understand a place is to get to know the people who call it home.

That is what I try to bring into every Wine Tour Adventure.

I know the wineries, the vineyards, the restaurants, the villages and the scenic roads. But more importantly, I know the people behind them.
I know where I would take a friend visiting Tuscany for the first time.

And those are the places I want to share with you.
Some of them are well known. Others are a little harder to find.

That is part of the adventure.

My passion for wine has always gone hand in hand with a desire to keep learning.

In February 2006, I completed my first-level FISAR Sommelier course, adding formal wine training to the hands-on experience I had gained working inside Tuscan wineries.

For me, wine is not about knowing every technical detail.

It is about understanding the land, the people and the traditions behind each bottle — and being able to share that story in a way that makes sense to you.

Whether you are a passionate wine lover or simply curious to learn more, there is always something new to discover in Tuscany.
