DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY (General guidelines)

Individuals

50% of the value of the product booked is required on confirmation

50% of the value of the product booked is required on confirmation.

Cancellations made 1 month or more prior to date of arrival/service: No penalty

Cancellations made from 30 to 7 days prior to date of arrival/service: 10%

Cancellations made from 7 to 72hrs prior to date of arrival/service: 25%

Cancellations made from 72hrs to 24hrs prior to date of arrival/service: 50%

Cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to date of arrival/service or no show: 100%

Groups (from 10 people)

50% of the value of the product booked is required on confirmation

• Cancellations made at least 2 months prior to date of arrival/service: No penalty

• Cancellations made between 2 and 1 month prior to date of arrival/service: 30%

• Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to date of arrival/service: 100%

The above cancellation policies are not valid for Blackout Dates when, in the case of cancellation, the entire deposit will be withheld.

CANCELLATIONS AND/OR VARIATIONS

The cancellation or variation of the reservation will incur a fixed charge of €30,00.
This sum will be added to above Wine Tour Adventure Sas penalties and those applied by the suppliers of services which will be verified by Wine Tour Adventure Sas on the customer’s behalf.
